What we collect
FrameStudio is a local-first Mac app. It does not collect telemetry, analytics, or usage data. Your projects, captures, and exports never leave your computer unless you choose to share them.
What this website collects
This website is a static site. We do not run analytics scripts. We do not set advertising cookies. The only data we receive is what you voluntarily send via the contact form: your name, your email address, and the contents of your message.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by our payment provider, who collects the information necessary to process the transaction (name, email, billing address, last four digits of the card). We receive a confirmation that includes your email so we can send you a license key. We do not see or store your full payment card information.
If you contact us, we keep your email and message in our inbox so we can respond, and so we can refer back to your message if you write us again. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete the contents of any email exchange you have had with us. Email admin.framestudio@gmail.com and we will do it within seven days.
Changes
If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, the updated date at the top of this page changes, and we will note what changed in our changelog.
