Acceptance
By downloading or using FrameStudio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
FrameStudio is sold as a one-time purchase. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your own Mac computers. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the app.
Updates
Updates are included with your purchase at no extra cost. We reserve the right to change the pricing model for future versions, but any version available at the time of your purchase remains accessible to you.
Lifetime access
Users who purchased FrameStudio before the subscription model was introduced are granted lifetime access to all premium features, including features added after their purchase date.
Acceptable use
You may use FrameStudio to create screenshots for your own apps or for apps you are contracted to work on. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates Apple's App Store guidelines.
Intellectual property
FrameStudio, its design, templates, and code are the intellectual property of Youssef Ziat. The templates included in the app are licensed for use within FrameStudio only and may not be extracted or redistributed.
Disclaimer
FrameStudio is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be free of bugs or available at all times. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceeding.
